Handstands
-Kick up to wall and hold
-Practice shifting weight between arms
-Shoulder Taps
-Kick up away from wall and walk to it

WOD:
20:00 AMRAP
10 Strict Knees to Elbows
3 Wall Walks

Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of our skill session today is to build upon the foundation we established last week relative to the handstand. Today we are going to work on the strength and coordination necessary for handstand walks.

Our WOD today features two high level and technically demanding gymnastics movements. Because it is 20:00 long, we want to maintain a steady pace through. Both of these movements require a high level of core and shoulder engagement which will complement our skill (handstands) of the month!
