When and why did you start CrossFitting?
I started in 2019 after moving to Maryland for a job. I was always an athlete and wanted to find something to keep me staying active in my adult life!

Why did you initially choose Recursive as an athlete?
I loved the vibe and the people from the first day I walked in!

Why did you decide to become a CrossFit Coach at Recursive?
I had always wanted to learn more about the fundamentals of the movements of CF. Recursive gave me the courage to be able to do that.

What is your favorite thing about Recursive?
The people!

How has Recursive changed your life?
It has given me a community in a new place. I am pretty new to Madison, and this has given me the people that I needed!

What is something else fun you’d like to share about yourself?
I have summited Mt. Kilimanjaro and won nationals as a rower at the University of Florida.
