Your first visit with us will be about 20-30 minutes long via a virtual meeting or in person at the gym (depending on your location and comfort level.) We want to get to know you and understand your health and fitness goals. Then, together, we’ll decide what the best program and option will be for you. The good news is that we have a variety of programs available for whatever your needs (and budget) may be!
