TWO WEEK AT HOME WORKOUT PROGRAM
Just because you are at home doesn’t mean you can’t get great workouts! Now is the best time to stay (or get) fit. Daily physical activity is so important right now – it relieves stress, prevents weight gain, boosts immune system, and is great for your mental well being! Now you can start your fitness journey right from the comfort of your own home!
You don’t need any special equipment, just a “get after it” attitude. When you get through these workouts, no matter how fast or slow – you are more than ready to get started at Recursive through any of our Small Group Classes or Remote Coaching options. So go ahead, give it a try!
Our workouts really are for anyone, and we’ll prove it to you!
Any movement we do can be modified for each person’s needs. Each day, you will receive an email with the daily workout and a video that will walk you through each of the movements.
At the end of the 2 weeks, you’ll schedule a Goal Planning Session and tell us all about it!
