GOAL – Continue to build squat strength in week 4 of our squat cycle; heavier than last weeks 5×3 with the quicker descent. Fast moving in the workout; keep the OHS unbroken and steady on the burpees to hit 6+ rounds. Fittest athletes should TRY to EMOM this workout.
