GOAL – Today we want to build to a heavy single for the clean…we’ve worked toward this for weeks but don’t overdo it if it’s not there. Workout goal is to choose a weight on DL that is heavy but doable for sets of 7+ reps.

FOCUS – Focus on the fast pull under and getting the bar high across the shoulders…give yourself the best opportunity to get out of the hole with the heavy single! Scale the workout to get under the aggressive cap.
