Some more Double Under work today! We are going to try and hit 200 today. You are going to perform 3 burpees on the minute, every minute, and to start. And you have 8 minutes to finish.
Then, you get to choose your workout today! Choose a movement from each course to build a workout catered to you. Try and challenge yourself with a few movements – don’t just pick the ones you are good at or like doing. Try something new!
Your server (Coach) will be more than happy to help you with your menu selections. One barbell is recommended for any/all of the movements you would do with a bar. Pick one weight you can do for all of the movements. We are looking at something lightweight today (95/65).
