Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of today’s skill session is to continue our refinement of our rope climbing technique as we are going to be performing them in the WOD. (It’s a great chance to put your name on the Benchmark Badges Board!)

Our WOD today features running, rope climbs, and HSPU’s. The challenging part of today is going to be performing these higher level movements efficiently after having come back from our 400 meter run when our heart rate is elevated.
