Purpose of the Workout:
To wrap up April and our power focus of the month, power cleans, we are going to do another Death By format WOD but with a twist. The difference here is that we are going to go heavier and we are allocating 10 seconds for each rep. This means as the reps increase throughout so does the time. The goal here is to go heavy and to make it to the finish line. Your score will either be how many rounds you make it through or if you get to 15 reps, the weight you used.
