Purpose of the Workout:
Our workout today will consist of our famous “Core Series” and then a race to Bascom Hill! The intent here is to have fun and for each athlete to strategize the optimal route to get to Abe before everyone else. No implements allowed other than your body (i.e. bike, inline skates, car, segway, Uber, teleportation device etc…)!
