Purpose of the Workout:
Our Sunday Funday WOD today is a play on “Fran!” We have 3 different variations that go from harder versions of pull ups and heavy thrusters to more powerful pull ups and lighter thrusters. This WOD should challenge our absolute strength as long with our stamina/ endurance!
