30 Double Unders

Purpose of the Workout:
Today’s Sunday Funday will kick-off with heavy single overhead squats. The overhead squat is a great test of our core strength and shoulder stability as opposed to the other variations of the squat which are more about absolute strength in your legs.

Our WOD today is a unique combination of both of the Olympic Lifts and our skill focus of the month, double unders. Because we did not do that many doubles on Wednesday, we will revisit them today and have the opportunity to continue to refine our technique on those.
