5 Muscle Ups
10 Hand Release Push Ups
15 Pistols (8/7 Each Side)

Purpose of the Workout:
Our Sunday FUNday today is going to begin with a 2,00 meter row and 200 double unders. This in and of itself is hard but once we finish that, we have 5 rounds of strict and challenging gymnastics movements. Since we will be fatigued going in to these, that will make it more challenging! Today will also give us another opportunity to practice our double unders and get stronger in those higher level gymnastics movements.
