Purpose of the Workout:
Today’s Sunday FUNday will feature the fan favorite CrossFit Total! You will have 15:00 to find a 1RM for each of the 3 movements and your score is the sum of your best press, deadlift, and back squat. The goal here is to have fun, lift heavy, and most importantly be safe!
