**For the Mountain Climbers, perform with knee passing the waist. Each time the knee comes up is 1-rep.

GOAL – Hold onto the barbell between the Power Snatch and Overhead Squat for as long as possible in the AMRAP! Goal is to work off the rower for 2:00- 2:30 each round, and accumulate as many meters as possible at the end.
