GOAL – Practice and refine cycling the barbell in the Power Snatch! In the Extended Warm-up, we want to build to a moderate weight that is challenging, but can be done in 3-5 unbroken TNG reps. In the Workout, we want to hold onto the barbell for as long as possible- and keep the lunges unbroken!
