Purpose of the Workout:
We are going to begin our Sunday Funday with a really important test of our core strength, the Sorenson Hold. This will provide insight into our ability to support our spine under load (gravity in this case) and may result in the realization we need to improve upon this. If we do not achieve 2:00, take a break and complete sets until you accumulate 2:00 total.

Our WOD is a classic CrossFit Hero WOD, “DT,” but instead of 5 rounds as the workout is written, we are going to be doing 10 rounds! You may want to choose a little lighter weight so you can cycle through these reps/ rounds consistently.
