Purpose of the Workout:
Our Sunday Funday WOD is a test to see if you have what it takes to enter Navy SEAL training! The Physical Screening Test is required for all candidates in order to be indoctrinated in to training. The first part of the test for them is swimming but with the obvious absence of a swimming pool, we will substitute in some Assault Bike. From there we have push ups, sit ups, and a 1.5 mile run. This should be a fun way to measure how you stack up to the Navy’s minimum requirement!
