4 Rounds of 10 Toes to Bar + 10 Dips

Purpose of the Workout:
Our partner WOD today consists of two different 15:00 AMRAPs. You and your partner will be running the 200 meter run portion together and alternating rounds on the AMRAP portion. This is meant to be a fun Saturday WOD that will get us outside and sweating!
