Athlete A: 50/45 Calorie Assault Bike
Athlete B: AMRAP Wall Balls; Then KB Swings; Then Burpees
Athlete C Rest

Athlete C: 50/45 Calorie Assault Bike
Athlete A: AMRAP Wall Balls; Then KB Swings; Then Burpees
Athlete B: Rest
Set 3
Athlete B: 50/45 Calorie Assault Bike
Athlete C: AMRAP Wall Balls; Then KB Swings; Then Burpees

Purpose of the Workout:
Since Saturday is traditionally a partner WOD, we are going to stick with the partner format but instead of working together with a partner, you are working at beating your partner in a race format. Each ‘Team’ will have 3 athletes. At 3,2,1 GO one Athlete A is trying to get there target number of calories on the bike as fast as possible because Athlete B is trying to get as many Wall Balls as they can before Partner A hits that target number. Once Athlete A hits their target, they will then move on to the wall balls while Athlete C (who was resting) hops on to the bike and begins trying to get to that target number as fast as possible (while athlete B rests). The rotation of the group is determined by the Athlete on the bike. The first set everyone will do wall balls. The second set everyone will do KB swings. And the third set everyone will do burpees. The objective here is to get more reps than the other person in your group you are competing against.

Basically, Athlete B is competing against Athlete A, Athlete A against Athlete C, and Athlete C against Athlete B.
