*P1 works while P2 and P3 rest. Power Cleans must be completed as “doubles” conga line style…P1 does 2 reps, then P2  does 2 reps, then P3 does 2 reps. Continue in this order until the set is completed. All other work can be shared between partners any way.

GOAL – You should be looking for fast transitions to get your sets done as fast as possible and utilize the rest period to recover until it’s your time to go again. Have fun with the conga line style lifting!

FOCUS – Make this workout fun but challenging for you and your partners, find the format of the workout that works for the entire team…if needed, multiple bars per team but try to find the single weight that works for the team of 3!
