Partner A) 1 Round of Cindy (5 Pull Ups + 10 Push Ups + 15 Squats)
Partner B) Double Front Rack Kettlebell Hold

Purpose of the Workout:
Today’s partner WOD should look familiar to anyone who has done “Murph” or “Cindy.” The twist here is that while your partner is working through a round, you will be holding two kettlebells in the front rack position.

This may not sound that bad but holding the kettlebells in the front rack position will make it more difficult to take full breaths and thus increase our ability to take full breaths when we don’t have those pesky kettlebells pressing down on us!
