Partner 1 complete all of 1 movement, then Partner 2 does all of that same movement, before moving on to the next movement.

Example: Fran does 2 TGUs, then Grace does 2 TGUs. Then Fran does 4 HSPUs, then Grace does 4 HSPUs, etc..

*BONUS: When you hear the song Flower by Moby (Bring Sally Up), everyone will stop where they are and participate in Bring Sally Up with Air Squats. Once the song is over, you will resume where you left off.
