Warm Up:
AMRAP 6
30 Jumping Jacks
10 Boot Strappers
10 Alternating Groiners
5 Inch Worms

Workout 1:

AMRAP 10
10 squats
9 dumbbell snatches, right arm
10 push-ups
9 dumbbell snatches, left arm
