100 Burpee Jump Overs (Sets of 10)
1 Mile Run with Medicine Ball

Purpose of the Workout:
For our Saturday partner WOD, we are going to bestow upon each team a lovely medicine ball. For the mile run, switch off who is carrying the medicine ball. All the other movements with the exception of the burpees will alternate partners each rep. For the burpees, one partner will complete 10 while the other rests.
