Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of today’s WOD is to introduce CrossFit to your friends/ family! Today’s partner WOD has 5 essential CrossFit movements that will challenge anyone regardless of their fitness level and at the same time remain accessible to anyone.

The way the WOD works today is that the partner running determines when the roles switch. Once the runner gets back, they will pick up where their partner was in the AMRAP portion.
