Purpose of the Workout:
Building upon our April power focus, the power clean, this month we are going to advance it and work on the (full/squat) clean. The purpose of today’s clean complex is to work on hitting the proper positioning at each part of the movement.

The second part of WOD today is a 10:00 triplet that features three hip-centric movements. The key with this WOD will be pacing along with being able to sustain a high level of power output through our hip extension.
