GOAL – For the Strength Session the goal for you is to focus on technique and pick a weight that will allow you to maintain the :03 tempo for all 5 reps. For the workout, the goal is non-stop movement, quick transition between stations and maintaining a fast but sustainable pace from start to finish.

FOCUS – For the Strength Session your goal is to review the POP for the Sumo Deadlift, refine your technique and understand the importance of the tempo.
