GOAL – Move, move, move… use this workout to flush the body and continue to improve movement quality. Come in and sweat with friends and prep the body for the upcoming workouts they have this weekend.

FOCUS – Our focus as coaches will be to make sure athletes are moving well and at the same time performing all the points of performance of each movement. It’s a recovery workout so everything should be performed at a moderate effort with PURPOSE!
