Purpose of the Workout:
As some of you may have guessed based on November’s (Clean) and December’s (Split Jerk) power focuses, this month we are going to put those together and focus on the clean and jerk! When we put these two movements together, there are some details and specific technique points the coach will go over that we will want to implement in order to do these as virtuous as possible.

Since the first part of today’s WOD was heavy, the second part is going to focus more on the cycling aspect of clean and jerks. We are going to accomplish this by tackling “Grace.” This is a fairly well known CrossFit WOD that should be completed quickly!
