Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of today’s WOD is to do a classic CrossFit workout…..twice! Since we are focusing on the power clean this month, why not have some fun and try it out in a workout that requires a lot of these! Today’s class will be a great opportunity to break down some of the finer points of the power clean and push press/ jerk and then use them in the conditioning part of the workout.
