Eggs are bad for us, wait now they are healthy. You should be doing a lot of cardio training for weight loss. But maybe strength training burns more calories long term. The list goes on and on. It can be overwhelming.

We are here to help you! We are here to walk you through the confusing topic of Health and Wellness, one tiny step at a time. (Spoiler Alert – there isn’t a one size fits all approach. Each of us has different goals and ways to best get us there.)
