WOD:
For time, working on the even minutes, and resting on the odd minutes:
75 Pull Ups
100 Push Press
125 Back Squats

The workout today is going to take a bit longer today, so we will skip the skill portion. (But don’t worry we’ll get plenty of kettlebell work in this month yet.)

We will make sure to warm up good and get some good mobility in.

We are going to work through 75 pull ups, 100 Push Press (at a relatively light weight 95/65), and 125 squats with the bar on your back.

We will work for one minute and then rest for a minute. (The rest is mandatory, you can not choose to work through it.)

Work hard for that minute. With the minute rest you do have a 1:1 work to rest ratio.

36 minute time cap today. This workout is very mental, it gets emotional halfway through…don’t panic and don’t get overwhelmed. Work through the minute, collect yourself during the rest.

For the bigger classes, we will even partner up and have people alternate between the even/odd work/rest.
