WOD:
3 Rounds
20 Roll over burpees
20 Air squats
800m Run

We will start working on our running form today. If you have not read Coach Patrick’s article on this, please do so now. You can find it here. We will be focusing on body position, the lean, and the pull.

The WOD comes to us in a nice 3 round package this week. First up we get to challenge our cardiovascular system AND our vestibular system! Yay roll over burpees! Then it’s a couple air squats followed by a 800m run. I wish there was something interesting to think about during that run…oh wait, there is. Keep those cues from the skill work in mind. Just because you will be tired doesn’t mean you should forget all that and revert to poor running form!
