Anyway you’d like, accumulate:
1600m Running
150 Double Unders
100 Burpees

We are nearing the end of the month, so we are going to see where those pistols are at today! We have been working on strength, flexibility, and coordination all month long – see where you are at!

Then, always a crowd favorite – you get to choose how you complete the workout today! You are going to accumulate a 1600m run (1 mile), 150 Double Unders, and 100 Burpees.

You can do all of the reps for each movement all at once, or you can split them up. Be aware of transition time – we often don’t realize how much time ticks away as we go from one thing to another. Also be aware of too much rest time. If you are tired and need to take a break from doing burpees, maybe it’s a good idea to run or jump rope for a bit.

You will get to strategize on this one!

Goal is 10 minute run, 3 minutes for double unders (50 per minute), and 10 minutes for burpees (10 per minute). 26 minute time cap.
