15 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

15 Toes to Bar
30 Push Press
30 Double Unders
15 Thrusters
30 Burpees
30 Double Unders

We are going to start the day with our skill for the month – double unders! You will have a 5 minute time cap and your goal is to get 100 double unders as fast as you can.  If you are done in 2 minutes or less, rest 1 minute and then do another 100 Double Unders for time.

Then we are going to work through a variety of movements. 15/30/30 reps alternating between the barbell, a bodyweight movement, and double unders. 

You’ll use one bar for the whole workout, so choose your weight wisely. Recommended is 95/65.
