Last Wednesday of the month – one last chance to spend some time working on those pistols!

We have two eight minute AMRAPs today, separated by a 4 minute rest.

We will go for heavier thrusters today – 115/75. Try and do more weight than you did for yesterday’s workout.

None of these movements should take too long. Do them unbroken and switch quickly between movements. Go hard for each of those 8 minutes.
