8 Sit-ups
9 Goblet Squats
10 Pistols
11 Knees to Elbow
12 Turkish Get Ups

You made it – Day 12! Let’s celebrate with a traditional CrossFit Christmas workout – the 12 Days of Christmas.

You will work though this just as you sing the song…1, then 2, 1, then 3, 2, 1…etc.

This is a bit longer workout today. We’re going to skip the skill work and go straight through warm up and mobility. Get set up and work through all these movements.
