Let’s get started by working on some kettlebell skills – today the Kettlebell Snatch! Here’s a great video from the Kettlebell Master Jeff Martone!

Then we are going to break in the new Assault Bikes! In any order you would like, you will work through 1 mile each of running, biking, and rowing. Depending on your strengths, one of the movements will be faster. We have 8 bikes and 8 rowers, larger classes will have to coordinate who is on which piece of equipment – coordinate with your classmates to make sure you don’t have too much down time.

Time Cap: 30 minutes (about 10 minutes or less per 1 mile)
