We are going to Power Clean again today – this will be the last one before you test your one rep max on Friday. So…what does that mean? It means that you are working on form and technique, not a super heavy load today. Save all that strength for Friday!

Then we are going to take on descending reps of a toes to bar and light weight thrusters couplet. This is going to be another fast and furious one today – go as hard as you can for as long as you can.

See how this one compares to Fran for you. It starts with less reps and they are in smaller chunks at a time. (Plus your thrusters are a bit lighter today too!)
