WOD:
5 Rounds
6 Toes to bar
8 Hang power snatch (75/55)
10 Roll over burpees

This is our first opportunity to work on our power focus for the month of October! The goal this month will be to catch the clean at or near the bottom of the squat. This means we need to get to full extension THEN drop under the bar. It is common for people to cheat that full extension to get down under the bar faster. Don’t be that person!

Then its onto a 5 round triplet for the WOD portion of our hour together. We will start with 6 toes to bar. This is a smaller number so now is a good time to work on tying together your kip to keep these moving. Then it’s onto 8 hang power snatches. Grip will be an issue so hook grip these if you can. Finish up each round with some roll over burpees. Metabolic conditioning and vestibular conditioning, what could be a better combination?!?!
