We are going to keep working on that split jerk today. Try and add 5 pounds per set over last time.

Remember that short, quick dip. Lock those arms out quickly overhead and catch that heavy barbell in that good split stance.

Keep your feet the normal squat-width distance with your front and back legs about your foot length in front and behind the bar. Keep your weight centered.

We are going to work on double unders, kettlebell swings, and wall balls today. Lots of hip power going on!
