We are going to work on our hip power with some seated box jumps. Watch the video!

For the workout today, if we have more than 8 people, we’ll partner up and alternate rowing and rest. Your score is total number of reps of KBS.

Men will row 500m, women will row 400m. We want you to get close to a minute of kettlebell swings in.
