Let’s see how that Snatch is going and test our one rep max effort today!

Most of the class time will be used working on your Snatch. We’ll warm up as a group and then you’ll get time on the clock to work at your own pace.

Then, a quick cash out workout to end the hour. We are looking at 95/65# – a weight that you can keep moving through the reps.

That ground to overhead can be a snatch or a clean and jerk – your choice. Just get that bar off the floor and locked out overhead.

Fast, power, sprint are the words of the day for this workout. Get it done before your brain has a chance to tell your body that it’s tired.
