Day 11 – Eleven Pipers Piping

33 Double Unders
22 Push Press (75/55)
11 Box Jumps (24/20)
Rest 2 minutes

We are going to pull apart some of the pieces of the full snatch today. We’ll start with a power snatch, then an overhead squat, and then a hang squat snatch. 

Really work on that form and technique for each of these pieces. Next week we’ll put them all together for a one rep max effort.

We are on Day 11 already! Christmas is just around the corner…

We’ll tackle 3 rounds of a 3 minute AMRAP of double unders, push press, and box jumps, all in multiples of 11. 

Only 3 minutes each time with a full 2 minute rest. This means you should be going all out today – HARD and INTENSE!
