WOD:
4 Rounds
20 Overhead Squats
20 Box Jumps

We will start the day with a review of Turkish Get Ups.

After that, we will work through 4 rounds of overhead squats (95/65) and box jumps (24/20).

Please be careful with those box jumps today – that first one after those overhead squats might be a bit of a challenge! Those quads are going to get worked hard today.

Those overhead squats are going to challenge every muscles and joint in your body today. Be sure to lock out those elbows and engage your shoulders to actively push up on the barbell while getting into the bottom of that squat.

We really want to be sure to work that full range of motion with weight overhead today. Pick an appropriate barbell weight – one that allows you to do at least 8-10 overhead squats to FULL DEPTH unbroken.
