We are going to work on that Bench Press again. We will use the same format as last week. We’ll have 2 Bench stations set up and we’ll split into 2 groups. It worked well last week and everyone had plenty of time to get all their sets in. (Things actually usually move along faster with more people to help with set up, spotting, lifting and switching plates.)

Then we are going to work on some Front Squatting and Push Pressing with a mid-range weight (115/75-ish), with 5 push ups in between each set. 10 Front Squats, 1 Push Press, 5 Push Ups; 9 Front Squats, 2 Push Press, 5 Push Ups, etc.

This workout will be a good one to work on several kinds of strength – mental and physical. Front Squats will get hard after a few rounds. Putting weight overhead is never easy. And there aren’t a lot of push ups each set, but there are quite a few sets of them.
