5 Rope Climbs
30 Push Press
4 Rope Climbs
40 Push Jerks
3 Rope Climbs

Purpose of the Workout:
Today’s Sunday FUNday is going to start with a  snatch complex! We have been focusing on our clean and jerk this month and our other Olympic Lift, the snatch has felt neglected, so today is our opportunity to get some reps in!

The second part of out WOD is a couplet of shoulder to overhead variation and rope climbs. We will start out with strict press, work our way to push press, and then finally push jerk. With each variation change we will be adding reps. In addition to challenging our muscle endurance, this WOD should also be metabolically challenging as  we move into the push press/ jerk.
