Memorial Day “Murph”
1 mile run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
1 mile run

If you have a 20# body armour vest – wear it.
After the 1 mile run, you may break up the reps any way you’d like.

You may do a half-Murph or Partner Murph.
No time cap.

After everyone has completed the workout, we will hang out and grill some meat, eat some snacks and drink some beverages. We’ll provide the meat and the grill. If you’d like, bring some snacks and/or beverages.
