Testing our deadlift today, a lot of good progress and effort in the lift and accessory work this month, let’s start ringing that bell! Coaches will give you plenty of time to work into your heavy single rep attempts, use the time wisely to work up in weight and rest appropriately.

Consider the WOD today a bit of hip taxation. All the movements will work your power and force production from your hip chain. Try to rest between the different movements and go unbroken during the movements.
